Off to evening bbq at friend’s house.

Wife said, ‘get a bottle of rose’.

I walk into @MetMarket l, annoyed with the commandment, kids in tow, and mutter audibly for the good Lord to guide me.

“Unbelievable!”, I exclaim, staring at the volume of options. The kids recoil.

“What happened Daddy?!”, they ask, moderately perturbed.

“God answered: the solution to all problems in life is Angus.”

@Delta please give the gate agent at D3 at RDU, who was working the SLC flight today, a raise. My flight to ATL was delayed, and I was going to miss my connection to SEA. She paged me, effortlessly got me onto the SLC flight, and got me a connection to SEA. Fast. Efficient. Professional.

Did the 30 min demo of the @Apple Vision Pro at the Southdale store in Minnesota over the holidays. What made the experience great(er) was the store employee (enthusiasm for the product, depth of knowledge, selling but not selling). I would hire him in a minute. And, the product is great. Wow.

Cake making commences.

While mixing, I muse audibly, “All Sunday morning baking sessions require some Def Leppard…”

Sunday evening workout with @lizletchford on the @tonal followed by a 20 min low impact ride w/ @Denis__Morton on the @onepeloton Tonal + Peloton is magic. The @theragun classes are a nice touch.The @AppleMusic integration enables my daily @DefLeppard consumption requirement.

Alright @tonal it’s on! Tried it out at @Nordstrom in Seattle. Sales guy was awesome. Order placed because @tferriss says it’s awesome, sales guy was awesome, and online reviews were awesome. @onepeloton plus @tonal plus @theragun seems like a winning formula for the whl family!
