We look forward to gathering again as a church family to sing, pray, and worship our Lord and Savior together.
Take a few moments this week to meditate on these verses and prepare your heart for worship.
How Great (Psalm 145:1-3)
I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.
All My Boast Is In Jesus (1 Corinthians 1:28-31)
God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God. And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, so that, as it is written, “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”
How Marvelous (Ephesians 2:4,5)
But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved
Come, O Sinner (Ephesians 1:7)
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace

Today’s culture asks:
“Who do you say you are?”
But the Bible begins somewhere else:
“Who does God say that you are?”

Worship Set for This Weekend at Redeemer
As we prepare to gather for worship, we invite you to take a moment to reflect on the truths behind the songs we’ll sing together.
Let the Word of God dwell richly in you as you get ready to lift your voice with our church family this weekend.
Here’s what we’ll be singing, along with the Scripture that grounds each song in truth:
He Is Our God (1 Samuel 2:2)
“There is no one holy like the Lord, Indeed, there is no one besides You, Nor is there any rock like our God.
All Sufficient Merit (Isaiah 1:18)
“Come now, let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, the
Psalm 86 (You Alone Are Our God, Psalm 86:11,12)
Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name. I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your name forever.
All Glory Be To Christ (Revelation 5:11-14)
Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!” And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!” And the four living creatures said, “Amen!” and the elders fell down and worshiped.

Every Step (Hebrews 12:1-2)
Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
You Are Unchanging (Isaiah 40:28)
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable.
Praise His Name (Psalm 148:1-6)
Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights! Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his hosts! Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars! Praise him, you highest heavens, and you waters above the heavens! Let them praise the name of the LORD! For he commanded and they were created. And he established them forever and ever; he gave a decree,
How Deep The Father’s Love For Us (Isaiah 53:4-5)
Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.

Our identity begins with God as Creator.
