@express you are 5 min away from losing my order. There’s a problem with your website. I’ve tried to reset my password 4 times. Every time I reset it and the go to login and get an “there is an error in your input above.” So I tried to checkout as a guest and the screen spins.

@ComEd We did report a line that was sparking, which is connected to our house (as did the fire department) at 11am CST. still no word or ETA from ComEd…. Really concerned that this doesn’t seem to be a priority?

@LOFT I placed an order on 7/9, which was a replacement for a damaged order I received (as I waited on hold for CS for help and had to give up after 25 min). This order was to be received by tomorrow and it hasn’t shipped yet.

@LOFT I did. A week ago. Haven’t received a response and my replacement order was cancelled. This is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time, and I’m out $16 to repair a damaged dress I received, so I’m done with Loft.

@LOFT emailed the social email address a week ago, no response. after sitting on hold for customer service for 25 minutes. The dress I received was damaged and then after a week, the replacement order was cancelled. It’ll cost me $16 to fix. I won’t be ordering from you again.
