@DishTV_India Please note one of your people claiming to be a ‘senior’ said that your terms & conditions allow you to change packages at will with no provision for customer redressal. Also you are allowed to do it quietly without informing customers.

@motorolaindia As per @Flipkart@flipkartsupport the only way to verify your Smart TV serial number is with a sticker at the back. Please confirm that there is no diagnostic or other way to verify the serial number and the flimsy sticker is the only way.
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart Jeeves is not honouring a 3 year protection program for my TV. Calls to flipkart is yielding no result and tickets are being closed with no action. Let me know how I can escalate this matter?
@flipkartsupport I have been patient for 4 weeks. Enough is enough. Issue me a reject with wordings I have sent and refund the amount of the extended protection which Jeeves is not honouring.
