@VirginAtlantic cancelled our flights & issued a “refund” in APRIL but still haven’t received my money. By law we should receive within 7 days but I’m still waiting & no one will tell me when!?! I’m a high rater of Virgin usually but this is unfair, even in current circumstances.

@HelloFreshUK This is a response I got. This isn’t ok. Doesn’t make sense, didn’t even take the time to overtype the (insert resolution) part. Then they exited the chat so I didn’t even get a chance to respond to this. Unreal. Hello Fresh DON’T care about their customers at all.

@HelloFreshUK@hellofreshdev I can’t believe what I’ve just experienced. Tried to cancel my account. It didn’t work. Tried to get it cancelled completely AGAIN but who knows if it will work this time. Have been charged again for a delivery I don’t want, don’t need & can’t afford.

@VirginAtlantic Now spoke with my credit card (Virgin Money) who said you have to give me a final date by when it will be paid & it’s outrageous if you refuse to do so. This is peoples livelihoods,we need to know where we are with money right now. Virgin Atlantic aren’t the only ones suffering.
@VirginAtlantic I understand that but the 1 question I keep asking is WHEN can I expect it. It’s already been 3 weeks, will it be another few days or 3 months? This money will be used to pay my rent so I need to know when it’s coming. You can’t be this vague with people it’s so unfair...
@bovishomes After sending a DM with details we never got any further contact from Bovis to come and fix the hob and the flush. We actually paid for someone to do the flush ourselves and we are still without gas in one of the hobs which has been the case since we bought this "brand new" home!
@bovishomes Our downstairs toilet flush is STILL broken and we are STILL without gas in one of our hobs which have both been in this state since we bought this home brand new in 2016. It’s shocking. PLEASE FIX WHAT YOU NEVER PROPERLY PUT IN... is it too much to ask???
@goustocooking Such a bad service from your company. Food has never arrived and the money was taken weeks ago and no one has replied to the 3 emails I have sent or refunded me. Will be recommending against this company to anyone I meet
