@WestJet Flight was cancelled for today and I can't access reservation to change it!!
Can't get thru on phone. What are we supposed to do?

[Rbk @Rbk1723]

@WestJet how do we reschedule?

[Rbk @Rbk1723]

@hopper can someone please assist me? I called to rebook my west jet flight due to the strike, the customer service rep just said to change it on the app and hung up. The rescheduling option only lets me schedule with WestJet….

Why is @koodo so inconsistent with messaging from agent to agent? Why are agents not keeping logs of conversations? Why do calls get dropped and then agents never calling back? Why do they tell you wrong information and act like it’s the customers fault?!?

[Rbk @Rbk1723]

@Olee22090047 @parmarkiran1105 @koodo They stole my money too!!! And they’re giving me such attitude to get it back. Horrible company.

[Rbk @Rbk1723]

@koodo are your agents trained not to call back if the call gets dropped?? Why does this happen multiple times

[Rbk @Rbk1723]

@koodo has the WORST customer service. I’ve been fighting a long distance wrong charge of over $100 for weeks. I now have recordings from their privacy department to show them the original conversation and they put me on hold, I get disconnected and they never call back 🤷🏻‍♀️

[Rbk @Rbk1723]

@AirbnbHelp Thank you. I have messaged you.

[Rbk @Rbk1723]

@airbnb Please respond to your host when they’re looking for support or when you accuse them of having a party, freeze their account and take so long to follow up. This affects peoples livelihood.

PSA - Your political party of choice does not define you as a person, BUT your behaviours and how you treat others does, however. If *your* political party says/does something does not mean you have to agree. 🤯 also do your OWN research before making ignorant statements.

Delayed surgeries can be physically & emotionally painful for families. It’s also painful for us as care providers whose top priority is helping our patients live healthier and happier lives. Incredibly important story in @globeandmail from @kellygrant1: https://t.co/yTPV86AGUq

HEY decriminalizing drugs is a good thing!!! simply tossing addicts in prison w/o providing them the necessary tools to combat addiction is perpetuating a system designed to keep them in prison or have them relapse/reoffend!!! it’s a cycle folks!!!time to dismantle and rebuild!!!
