@latsondheimer At state T/F championships the police helicopter showed up overhead at certain times and races. Turned out the officer was a local graduate and track athlete- knew time schedule and HAD BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE!! Quit the paranoia, police are fans too.

@latsondheimer MAJOR KUDOS should go out to the administration at Hart USD. No appealing, no threat of lawsuits BUT SUPPORTING education based sports by teaching a BIG LIFE LEASON to their students. Yes, there are consequences to bad actions and bad behavior. Hallelujah!!

@latsondheimer Very FEW coaches do what they do for $$ or acknowledgment. Those few that do seem to always find trouble and move on to the next school who DONT do background checks and do diligence. @latsondheimer can site them. HOWEVER Most LAUSD Coaches love ❤️ teaching the game & helping

@latsondheimer Exactly how I always felt at State XC in Fresno. And w/it being held on Saturday of Thanksgiving wkend there were always 8-10K grandparents, parents and families. Awesome sight to be a part of and a HUGH reminder of the joy of HS sports!
