@ArloSmartHome hello, after a year and a half my Arlo apparently needs a new battery. This seems like too short a time period? I normally love my Arlo system but wonder if this is a fault and if you would exchange the battery? I am reluctant to buy a new battery for something new

Will keep an eye on it but it’s a bit concerning.

@tado am very disappointed with tado valves.
Recently they keep turning on super hot despite not being set this way.
My two year old was in a room w the heat turned up.
The interface says the heat isn’t turned on but the radiators are boiling hot and the temperatures spike

@tado two months after installing a whole new system and my “smart” thermostats are already out of battery?? This is so far out of line with the estimated battery life that one has to question if they’d been purposely mislead? I have bought the whole kit for 8 radiators.

@madebygoogle Sorry but this seems to be causing more inconvenience. I’ve done so and will have to set up everything again but given it won’t reset the offline WiFi point this seems like a waste of time and effort.
