@citizenM make up your mind your website says you offer early checkin if there are rooms available but staff at the property state you don’t do early checkin at all. 🤷♂️ I know it’s a nice to have but some consistency in message would be nice.
@British_Airways@manairport any chance we might be getting our bags on the LHR flight…. They have now taken longer to arrive than the total length of the flight 🤦♂️ does it really take a hour to move bags 100 meters? Will you refund parking as that’s going to get expensive….
I never understand this sort of thing. @EA can celebrate Pride month and even have there own hashtag #WeAreEA but then have business practices that marginalise people for who they are 🤬
@KFC_UKI_Help@KFC_UKI way to go KFC. Your staff are doing are great job by trying to uphold the wearing of masks and refusing to take someones order with out a mask just for a manger to disregard this and overrule them and take their order without requiring a mask 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@AskPayPal I think it’s ridiculous that your phone agents ask for your 2FA code when the text says - “Don't share this code with anyone. PayPal will never call to ask for this code” and you staff don’t seem to care about this! Just that they can’t help with out it! 😡🤯
@NandosUK I know that a table for one doesn’t bring in as much but taking my name and then ignoring me while seating lots of tables for 2 is just rude, if you have no intention of seating me let me know! Staff in branch not much help either just saying it’s my fault! 🤦♂️
