So my daughter was scheduled to fly home on Monday. Like 65% of other @SouthwestAir travelers, she did not fly. Rebooked to Thursday. That flight canceled on Tuesday. Today she left in a rental car for 32 hours of driving because Southwest chooses profits over investment.
