To the UPS driver who thought 5 AM was an appropriate time to stroll up my driveway this morning with a package, we need to talk. I woke up to the sound of someone outside my house before the sun was even up, and there you were casually walking toward my porch like delivering boxes in the middle of the night is totally normal behavior.
When I asked what you were doing on my property that early, you had the nerve to say you guys “had an early start to the day,” like that somehow makes it okay to show up to people’s houses when the rest of the neighborhood is still asleep. I don’t care what time your shift starts, that doesn’t mean my front porch becomes your personal drop-off station before dawn.
And since you decided to do it anyway, congratulations, because now the package didn’t even get delivered. Instead of just waiting until a reasonable hour, you got an earful and ended up leaving with the box. So now you get to come all the way back later today and do the job again.
Just so we’re clear, I’ve already contacted the police about someone coming onto my property that early in the morning. Next time you think it’s a good idea to deliver packages before normal people are awake, maybe remember that not everyone appreciates being woken up because you “started early.”

I opened my front door this morning and found my dog's poop sitting right on my welcome mat.

Checked the camera... and sure enough, a neighbor had picked it up, carried it across the street, and left it on my doorstep.

I understand being upset about dog mess, but walking onto someone's property to deliver it feels a little extreme.

Be honest... would you be upset, or do you think the neighbor was justified?
