Raising young orphaned elephants requires extraordinary commitment. Every step of the way, we are by their sides – from milk‑bottle feeds to night‑time cuddles, and first mud baths to graduating to one of our Reintegration Units. And it requires donors like you, who adopt and become a part of our foster family, ensuring we can guide these babies back to a wild life.

A new Puffin!😀😍
Taken this weekend during a boat cruise around Skomer Island.😊
It was very tough to take photos from a bobbing and swaying boat, but it was better than nothing as I couldn't get on the Island itself as tickets were all sold out!
Will share more soon! 😊🐦
Greetings from Kyiv.
I woke up and hugged life.
Five people were killed, and much damage was caused.
I am very determined to keep showing the world Ukrainian culture and history. It’s something russia is afraid of and tries to destroy.
Let’s see the Dormition Cathedral inside as I saw it undamaged:

Another very sad call this morning...
Today we received a heartbreaking call from one of our long-term clients. Sadly, Pickles suddenly passed away while out on a walk with her beloved dad.
Pickles had been supported by Dogs on the Streets for many years. Back in 2024, when she became critically unwell, a veterinary practice recommended euthanasia. We stepped in and, despite the treatment costing thousands of pounds, we were determined to give her a chance. Thankfully, Pickles pulled through and was able to enjoy another two wonderful years by her dad’s side.
This morning, after losing his best friend, her devastated dad carried Pickles back to his accommodation and contacted us because he simply didn't know what to do next.
We immediately arranged for a specialist pet cremation company to collect Pickles from home and provide a dignified cremation service. We covered the full cost of £249 , something our client simply could not afford during such a heartbreaking time.
Our priority was to ensure that this difficult situation was as stress-free, respectful and compassionate as possible.
The bond between a person and their dog is immeasurable. For many of the people we support, their dog is their only family, companion and source of unconditional love.
Pickles was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Run free, beautiful girl. 🌈🐾
Please keep her dad in your thoughts during this incredibly difficult time. 🧡

Well, well, well.
Farage now plans to "cap the recruitment of foreign doctors to ensure that British patients are not being put at risk".
So foreign doctors are a danger to patients?
Stupid fucking racist twat!
Foreign doctors save lives every day in the NHS.
@Nigel_Farage
Our post views seem to be getting lower day by day. So if you see Beethoven today could you drop him a heart or say hello. Think it's to do with the algorithm that we are slowly disappearing 😢

Good morning all Ryan overslept!!!!! Well he woke up at 5:15 around here that's oversleeping and ive been preparing for meetings completely forgot to do a tweet, have a great day everyone.
@Rainmaker1973 Y la estresan pobrecita. Ayúdenla a cuidar y cuando llegue el dueño. Ayuden al dueño comprándole comida para la perra. Porque la están grabando sin su consentimiento y está viejita y estresada.
A plumber knows more about plumbing than you.
A pilot knows more about flying than you.
A scientist usually knows more about science than you.
That doesn’t make them automatically right.
But it does mean the burden of proof is on the person claiming thousands of experts got it wrong.
Science isn’t a democracy.
It’s not decided by likes, vibes, or confidence.
It’s decided by evidence.
And evidence doesn’t care who wins the argument.
Meanwhile the pub debrief by Ryan Bridge to the Raise the Colours team he claims to have been forced into the crowd and assaulted. This doesn't appear to match the evidence in the clip filmed by (checks notes), the Raise the Colours team.
💔 Kyiv looks like after an apocalypse. This is a capital in the heart of Europe, home to over 3 million people.
The world continues to watch russian terror, pretending we don’t exist.
Should we expect any posts from you, @RealCandaceO , condemning the Kremlin’s attack on Christianity — or do you only talk about God when you’re paid to?
The Lavra has been attacked twice — and both times by Russians.
The previous time it was damaged was during World War II, on November 3, 1941. The cathedral was mined and blown up by retreating Soviet NKVD saboteurs after German forces occupied the city.
And today — on Sunday (the Lord’s Day), June 14, 2026 — it was struck again by direct Russian missile attacks.
The Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra (Monastery of the Caves) is 975 years old. It is one of the oldest and most sacred monastic complexes in Eastern Europe, with its history officially dating back to 1051 AD during the era of Kyivan Rus’.
