Ideas to fix officiating issues in CFB

1) initiate replay via coaches challenge
2) create two layers of targeting...first, player clearly & intentionally targeting an opponents head/neck area with forcible contact is ejected...second, incidental contact player stays in game

I don’t normally like to even mention the refs in how games are decided but overturn of the scoop and score TD was atrocious and worse than the targeting (which was also terrible) and directly impacted the result of this game. OSU also needs to score TDs instead of FGs....

Keep in mind that replay is only supposed to get involved if they can CONFIRM every aspect of Targeting

With two questionable (at best) aspects

1) level changes late
2) defender wraps up with no launch

This was an awful and game changing call call (replay)
