@JetBlue Brand new plane JFK to LAX w/ computer issues! Bad enough it’s a 6 hour flight, but to have us board 50 min early then sit at the gate is unfair. Plane was at gate at least 1 hr before anyone boarded. They couldnt figure out then that there was an issue?

@Costco bought 🦞 tails for my birthday celebration. $25.99 a LB of pure ransid! 4 beautiful stuffed tails ($100 including Crabmeat Stuffing) in the garbage. Now on hold for over an hour with Lantana, Florida store! HELP

@JetBlue No that’s not what happened. We were thrown into the regular security line and when we asked one TSA agent said we shouldn’t have been, while another then said, this is what it is! #onehanddoesntknowwhattheotherisdoing

@JetBlue I am a Mosaic customer with More Speed! The TSA people said to take it up with you. That they were not permitting us to use the more speed lane at Jfk Terminal 5. What’s the deal isn’t that a courtesy when you buy extra legroom

@JetBlue @chiefkeeks I am a mosaic passenger and have had this happen many times, when I’ve had extra leg room seats. Especially on the NY to PBI route. I think the flight crew should enforce that these pre boarders put their bags above their own seats!

@JetBlue @chiefkeeks I think the problem is that people with disabilities board early. I understanding it is a necessary boarding processes. However, I’ve noticed that many people who board early w/ disabilities put their luggage in the front bins so they don’t have to carry it all the way back.
