When God chooses to teach unpleasant means to teach you, trust his good nature and his good intentions for you. Focus more on what he is teaching you than how he is going about it. It will all end in praise.’

‘God’s teaching methods may not always be pleasant or palatable, particularly in the context of our human experience, but it will always be good.

That situation not consuming you is not because it is not dangerous, but because God kept you and mercy said no. Take a moment to give thanks to God’

‘The same Red Sea that parted for Israel drowned the Egyptians. The same lions that kept quiet for Daniel tore his enemies apart before they got to the bottom of the den.

What God can do is great, but that alone doesn’t benefit you. You knowing what God can do is better, but that alone may also be insufficient. You believing in what God can do & taking a spirit-led step of faith in line with that is what makes the difference for you.

When the path God is leading you on appears rough or dark, remember these three things to keep you going:

1. God knows you more than you know yourself
2. God loves you more than you love yourself
3. God will never leave you nor forsake you.

‘Whatever you have to sacrifice your relationship with God or obedience to his will to get is not worth pursuing’.

It is not a crime not to know what to do. You are not omniscient. What is a problem is pretending to know what to do and refusing to ask God for help.
Ask and you shall receive!

“If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and He will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.”

Red 🔴- Anytime the Spirit convicts you (directly or indirectly) about them taking the place of God, you shut him down or get angry (Now the fast is urgent, spiritual recalibration is needed ASAP)

🚦For our lawful desires:

Green 🟢- you enjoy them but have control over them and they don’t get in the way of your relationship with God

Yellow 🟡- You enjoy them so much you are starting to choose them above the Spirit drawing you to God’s presence (Consider a fast 4rm them)

[RCCG Citadel of Excellence @rccg_coe]

Flashing Yellow 🟠-You enjoy them so much you don’t even have control over them again (Seriously consider a fast from them)
