2. Causes spiritual harm, leading to doubt and weakened faith
3. Breeds resentment and bitterness
4. Opens the door for witchcraft to operate in people’s lives

The first key to overcoming offence is knowing it will always come. Gossip plants offence. Reporting aims for correction; gossip aims to discredit.

Self is the root cause of Offence and it is because humans are largely self centered. The foundation of Offence is disappointed expectations

Joseph’s brothers offended him. If he had held onto that offense when he saw them again, God’s purpose could have been aborted.

Some things must happen for purpose to be fulfilled. You need to see the greater goal God is working to achieve.

Offense is an emotional state or response resulting in displeasure, hurt, anger, and outrage, usually caused by the words or actions of others.

Like a rat trapped in a cage, so is a person easily offended.

If your prayer is not heartfelt, it won’t work.

It is easy to plant and reap when there is rain. Rain signifies a new season. Traps serve as hindrances to entering a new season that we often overlook. Getting offended easily is a trap of the devil.
