I've seen it with my own eyes, football academies often give the pro contracts to players because of their skin colour and background, through fear of being labelled racist and to meet their publicised DEI programs. 20 years ago they were 90% white, now they're 10% white. The demographics haven't swung 90% in 20 years - it's not proportional and the non-whites haven't miraculously become "superior" footballers.
