I have called the Chevrolet Customer Care Team several times the past couple of weeks but have not received a call back or response to my concerns about my car that was serviced at a dealer. Is the Customer Care understaffed/not equipped to provide customer service.

@AustinBaril @TimeformUSfigs @bernier_matt Agree 100%. The let down was that Essential Quality could not close enough to beat Knicks Go or Medina Spirit. Another weak run by EQ when running against quality horses; the same thing happened in the Kentucky Derby, where Medina Spirit beat EQ also on the square.

@24hourfitness Can you have someone contact me. I just called customer service and they bounced me to a line; the recording says to wait at least another 20 minutes. I had a bad experience at 24-hour location. I am now waiting on the phone for someone to pick up the line.

@24hourfitness I just had another 24-hr bad customer service experience. I was calling about a problem I had using the 3-day trial pass. After talking with a representative on the phone, she transferred me to another line. The recording says that there is an at least 20-minute wait time.
