Remember how even Cooper was part of the 17 CPC MP's trying to get Sean Fraser's infrastructure plan to help his constituents? P2 shut that "working for Canadians" attempt down.

My point is, by having a minority gov, with the CPC opposition it's less effective, we could get the Bloc/NDP/Greens to put pressure on the LPC to do more for Canadians.
