@ArtemTepler Assuming same scopes, you’ll be able to tell fairly quickly if Owner’s Plumber is responsive, responsible, works well with other trades, does good work and isn’t a change order artist. If so, maybe try him on future jobs, freshening up your pool of subs is always good.
