If you're using @framer, respecting Reduced Motion is as simple as clicking this checkbox in your site's settings.

@frantzfries I see what you mean, I remember being surprised about that as well. I suppose it can be helpful to show what primitives the button is made out of (a column, text and an event handler) and being able to customize that
