Meet Penelope, 350g birthweight 23+1, surviving twin🦋 of Maximillian😪, discharged home yesterday, just in time for Christmas. Congratulations to her family!

She’s one of world’s tiniest surviving babies, and record lightest @nicunnuh1 @NNUH to date.
