When you feel overwhelmed or stressed at work, stop for a minute.

Ask yourself “what do I need right now?”

Maybe a drink? A wee? Something to eat? A minute to clear your head? A chance to breathe?

It’s ok to prioritise self care. In fact it is necessary. #MedEd #FOAMed
