A sad sight. This is an empty vaccination centre in Motherwell. Today @NHSLanarkshire are urging those who haven’t had a first dose or need a second dose to come to a drop-in clinic.

They’re particularly keen for young people to come forward.

@sudkrish Edit: consider first the patients’ needs & preferences first, of course! I should say GI is a fantastic specialty; so varied and interesting - please don’t dismiss it out of hand because of one experience 😊😊

Healthcare professionals too often think about the end result without fully considering patients’ presferences and guidelines & protocols can be tailored accordingly.
