After 50+ days, multiple pickup failures, repeated follow-ups, National Consumer Helpline intervention, and escalation to Emma Founder & CEO Dennis Schmoltzi, my approved return with @EmmaSleepTech@EmmaSleep remains unresolved.
🧵 Thread👇
The biggest issue isn't the failed pickup itself.
It's the lack of proactive ownership.
Every failed pickup required me to call customer support again.
Process became:
Pickup fails → Customer calls → Apology → New pickup → Pickup fails again

@svembu Your call to return inspires me, Mr. Sridhar. After 6+ yrs abroad, 20+ yrs experience, I’m ready to contribute, but opportunities are limited. Can mid-management professionals be guided to lead India’s tech future?

Many users may be facing the same issue but no official communication has been shared yet.
A simple status update or downtime notice would save everyone’s time.

Screenshot proof 👇
Error appears after completing full application at payment stage.
This is happening repeatedly for days — wasting time & effort of users.
If system is down, why allow submissions till the last step?
#UTIITSL#PAN
For the past 1 week, the @UTIITSL PAN portal has been consistently failing at the final payment step with errors like “There is some problem, please try after sometime.”
I contacted customer care —they confirmed it’s a known issue, yet:
❌ No public notice
❌ No ETA for resolution
❌ No proactive communication
Why are citizens being asked to “keep trying” and waste time repeatedly?
If the system is down, why allow users to proceed till the last step only to fail?
This reflects poor accountability and lack of user-centric approach.
⚠️ PUBLIC ISSUE – UTIITSL PAN WEBSITE FAILURE ⚠️
For the last 7 DAYS, the UTIITSL PAN portal is BROKEN.
Users are allowed to:
✔️ Fill full application
✔️ Spend 20–30 minutes
❌ Then FAIL at payment with: “There is some problem…”
Is this what “Digital India” looks like?
UTIITSL PAN website has been FAILING for a WEEK — and nobody cares.
You fill everything… reach payment… and
BOOM:
“There is some problem, try later.”
Customer care casually says:
“System issue… keep trying.”
