The Ayatollah Just Posted This Ominous Image. What Does It Mean?

As Christians have eschatology, so do Shia Muslims. This is a picture of Imam Mahdi, the Islamic messiah figure. To Shia Muslims, he is the prophesied redeemer who will return in the last days. In the image, he’s entering what appears to be a burning gate—possibly symbolizing Jerusalem—surrounded by armed soldiers, likely meant to be faithful Iranian fighters helping usher in his reign.

The fire raining from above may represent divine wrath from Allah. The message attached to the image reads:

“In the name of the Mahdi, the battle begins.”
“Ali, with his sword and justice, shall return.”

This isn’t just symbolic. Iran’s regime is deeply committed to Shia end-times ideology. They believe chaos must precede the Mahdi’s arrival—hence their provocations against Israel and the West, and their continued pursuit of nuclear weapons.

Ayatollah Khamenei has called Israel a “cancerous tumor” to be removed. And now, Russia is warning the U.S. not to intervene in any Israel-Iran conflict. That’s prophetically significant.

In Ezekiel 38, Persia (modern Iran) marches with Magog (many believe this could be modern Russia) in an invasion of Israel. Are we seeing the fulfillment? Not yet—but it’s a dramatic foreshadowing. Iran and Russia weren’t always allies—now they are. And the Bible said this would happen.

In fact, Iran has been supplying Russia with drones and ballistic missiles in its war against Ukraine.

Things are moving fast. Keep watching. Keep praying. Jesus is coming soon.
