@officiald2h after a lot of requests through different mediums my connectivity was restored on 15jun. However, the payment was not adjusted inspite of multiple requests. My service is again disconnected mentioning insufficient balance. How many times do I need to followup on this
@officiald2h just now an engineer visited us and the problem is resolved. It took almost 1 month for a resolution. Anyhow thank you for atleast getting this done. However, just observed that my account balance has not yet refreshed. Pls ensure this is done
