The program could be $9K per year for these families

The goal: make it easier for married Americans to let one parent take care of the children, rather than both work and pay others to take care of the children

This could create an incentive for parents to "stay at home with their children"

@tcschell @johnkonrad Depends on the capability. I’m not a fan of LCS, never was, but they offer similar capability esp since we have 3x as many as Canada’s frigates. if I were in charge, I’d set some LCSs as mine sweepers, some for ASW. Beyond that they can be used for interdiction in SOUTHCOM.
