@Austen Company margins will be high initially and then become very thin as AI quickly squeezes the efficiency gains out of every industry thru competition between AIs
@NOTfunnyparanR@BrianRoemmele If you start with 10K robots. It’s 22 doublings to 70B. That’s 10 robots each. If it takes 2 months for a robot to produce another robot, then it will take 4 years to reach that saturation.

@AlexanderKalian When they say “solve biology” what they mean is reverse aging/disease in humans. This is within reach of exponentially increasing AI capabilities in the near future. We don’t have to wait 20,000 years.
@Pro__Trading Debt based economies can never have deflation of debt based assets. So you are correct. If a house cost $25k to build with robots then inflation will jump 14x to keep the price at $350k. Institutions control the levers of inflation.
@HealthRanger Cost for human can be distilled down to labor + thinking. All of the things you mentioned will be done better by AI and robots without any human “cost”. If humans receive the benefit of this labor then it is essentially free. Cost curves will be driven toward 0 in all categories.
@HealthRanger What happens when cost curves move toward zero for labor, energy, material, information, intelligence? This is the world he is describing.
