Roy Maurice Holmes, 36, was arrested and charged 3 weeks ago with 5 counts related to exposing himself and masturbating in front of children at Hall School park in north Minneapolis, including two counts of 5th degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of indecent/lewd exposure.

Public Enemy Minnesota Freedom Fund @MNFreedomFund subsequently supplied no-strings cash bail to Holmes.

Welp, he's back in custody on a new charge of 5th degree CSC after again exposing and masturbating in front of children at the same park over the weekend.
