@WeAreOpenreach Credit where it's due — Andrew got this escalated and my FTTP records have now been corrected. Full Fibre is showing as available again and I've successfully placed an order today. Thanks.
@WeAreOpenreach Can someone explain this? FTTP was previously available at my address but has suddenly disappeared. My next-door neighbour & neighbour behind can both order FTTP from the same distribution point, yet I can't. This makes no sense. Please investigate.
@WeAreOpenreach@WeAreOpenreach This is getting ridiculous. Fibre Enquiries already CLOSED my case with a generic answer contradicting what your team told me here. I contacted you to challenge/escalate it, but I've now been referred back to the same team and told to wait another 5 working days.
@WeAreOpenreach@WeAreOpenreach I've received a generic response from Fibre Enquiries which doesn't address my circumstances and contradicts what I was told here. Openreach confirmed in April that FTTP was available to order at my address, yet my case has been closed. Please escalate.
@WeAreOpenreach Thanks John. I've already submitted that form and have a case reference. As this appears to just need an address record update, is there any chance you could help get it looked at sooner if I send you the reference privately?
@WeAreOpenreach Thanks John. I've been with Virgin for several years, but FTTP was only rolled out here this year. Openreach emailed me on 24 April confirming Full Fibre was available at my address. If my address was deactivated after 2 years, how was FTTP available in April but not now?
@JustEatUK@THESabreT@JustEatUK – remember when you said you’d be in touch within 48 hours? That was several days ago.
Silence is a bold choice when you’ve messed up someone’s order and ignored two emails as well as X post. Would you like to know more about my order here?

Hey @JustEatUK over a week ago I reported missing items in my order. You asked for more info and promised to get back within 48 hours.
I responded the same day. It’s been 8 days. No refund. No reply. Totally ghosted!
Why do I have to chase you to resolve your mistake?

@jet2tweets My compensation claim for flight LS1006 (Malaga to Manchester, 28th June) was rejected due to 'extraordinary circumstances,' yet my in-laws on the same flight got their claim approved. Can we get a fair review? #AirPassengerRights#Jet2#FlightDelay
@jet2tweets My family & I were on flight LS1006 from Malaga to Manchester on 28th June. My compensation claim was rejected due to 'extraordinary circumstances,' yet my in-laws on the same flight had their claim approved. Why the inconsistency? #AirPassengerRights#Jet2
@jet2tweets delayed our flight LS1006 for over 4 hours. Some passengers received compensation, others didn’t. What’s the reason behind this inconsistent treatment? #Travel#FlightDelay#Jet2@EASA@WhichUK
How can @jet2tweets justify rejecting my compensation claim for LS1006 while approving the same for others on the exact flight? This inconsistency is unacceptable. We deserve clear answers. #CustomerService#AirTravel#Jet2@EASA@WhichUK
@OpenreachHelp Thanks for your reply, but I still struggle to understand why the population of the area and the number of properties connected to the cabinet were not taken into consideration prior to installation. Could you explain the above and what is being done to rectify those affected?
@OpenreachHelp I've had FTTC since 2014 in Chadwick Garden, connected to Cabinet 3, Bamber Bridge exchange, Preston. I've fibre now, but according to your website fiber is "NOT" available at our address. As result, I cant find a renewal deal anywhere. Could you please help? Thanx
