GE/Cafe have cancelled ANOTHER order of mine. You have lost a loyal customer, you will NEVER see another $$ of my money. Poor mngt. leave much to be desired, your inventory controls are nonexistent, and you don’t empower staff fix your bad behavior.

@GE_Appliances @GEAppliancesCo Horrible customer service management. Managers cannot be reached by phone, they don't have direct extensions, cancel orders without telling a person, 2 weeks to credit my account for a canceled order. Total nonsense. You have lost a loyal customer.
