Virgin Media do not care about there customers, they don't take serious complaints seriously! They take unauthorised monies then fail to refund ! They make it up as they go along. In other words please sort out my refund ASAP.

@CollectPlus Your not the easiest company to contact. One of your stores has my item for which I have proof of delivery but no email with collection barcode received! They will not allow me to collect it. I've contacted eBay and messaged you for assistance. Pls help
