@VELUX why are your deliveries so delayed? I purchased one of your blinds, via a company called ‘Sterling Build’. Delivery is way overdue and you are not even answering the phone to the company when they try and find out what is going on.
@TurnerandGeorge Well that’s a bit of an unhelpful reply isn’t it? It happens most times and if you bothered to respond to my email I sent you yesterday, with photos, you would appreciate why I’m fed up.
@TurnerandGeorge Why do you give the option for packing requests if you then ignore them? I buy from you a fair bit and love your meat but getting seriously fed up with asking for vac pac and then getting bloody paper and shorter fridge life. Happened again today with my delivery

@boltapp first time using Bolt and driver went to wrong pick up address, blamed the app and then told me to cancel the trip, charging me! Dreadful first time experience. Missed my train home because of him. Appalling.
@JaguarUK having so many repeat issues with the media system in my F Pace. It’s been so called fixed over 8 times now and once again it doesn’t work properly. No Bluetooth, no phone can connect. Need it sorted please, it’s a £50K car!!!!
@Ocado Seriously guys, no 4pt semi skimmed milk on my delivery and you’ve not even substituted it with 1 or 2pt bottles. So I now have no milk and kids who need it. Is that acceptable in your opinion? Off to Tesco now to buy some milk.
@inchcapejaguar Appalling lack of customer service from the Sales Manager at your Jaguar Preston dealership. Emails not responded to and several phone calls not returned, and still my issue remains unresolved. Shockingly poor way to treat a customer.
