@XMVP13 @SGVNSports Not according to the bulletin posted. Tosser must be at side and ball must be lifted. Clearly that’s not what’s going on in the video. I’m a HS coach in Nor Cal and this is something we do every game so I do not see any advantage or disadvantage here.
