Levi, after providing you with the booking PNR and complaint refence no. both issued by @etihad!, you additionally as asked for the date on which the complaint was registered and my email id, which I have sent on DM. Ur 'replied on DM' responses are equal to 'more TORTURE awaits'
Just so everyone is aware, @Etihad_EY again asked for the booking details, date of ticket booking etc. and I have again submitted it.... now preparing myself for another period of prolonged silence by @etihad@EtihadHelp ... wish me luck and patience ๐ ๐ค1 month+ and waiting! ๐

Moro, even if I come on the DMs, the only thing u r gng to say tht u guys are still luking into it! I have tried that bfr and nthng chngs. @etihad is trying the delay tactic. delay till customer gets tired and gives up. No apology, no refund, no compensation, just #pain#shame

Hello @etihad@Etihad_EY@EtihadHelp its now 1 week since my mother was denied checkin on her valid ticket and valid visa, with your Mumbai staff claiming the visa is not valid. Subsequently, she has travelled to Abu Dhabi on the same visa. No complaint reolustion yet @gcaauae
