@MumbaiPolice what exactly is the point of this number if nobody is going to pick up? We had a society blasting their microphone & music system until 12:30am in the night. We couldn't do anything but suffer in silence because even the police were unavailable.

What annoys me even more is that you have no customer support or grievance addressal option. There's no way to contact a human representative or a support email to raise my complaint. Even if the fault is at the local hub, there's no way to raise a complaint to you!

@delhivery @help_delhivery your services never fail to disappoint. There has never been a single parcel that I received on time & didn't force me to call your agents. Expecting this outcome and I called the agent beforehand only to find out that he does not have my parcel.
