@KotakBankLtd I have applied for loan via kotak Mahindra bank,brabourne road branch,kolkata.Its been almost 2 months since they were asking for diff documents which were not even related and also took a cheque of 7000rs saying that its processing fee.

@IDFCFIRSTBank I have raised complaint and after paying such hefty fees for such premium card if i have to face such issue than the company like @KotakBankLtd @ICICIBank @HDFCBank_Cares whose card i have is much better. Its a club vistara card and than also this is probablem i am facing

@IDFCFIRSTBank Your customer care service is the worst.I have got your credit card yesterday and it has got the maximum failure.I have done almost 20 transaction from yesterday and only 3 got approved other payment failed.

Literally the worst customer care person i have spoke to and the worst card i have owned. I have multiple credit card of @ICICIBank @KotakBankLtd and @SBICard_Connect

And yoir customer care person says that it takes 48 hours to settle.He says that if you want to order from @letsblinkit or @bigbasket_com instant delivery than you have to wait for 2 days.After payment gets settled than only we will be able to deliver you after 48 hours.What joke

@DHLExpressIndia I have made double payment against a invoice with ref no WBSR000114547 and its more than a month your team is just playing fool and not able to issue a refund.They are just tagging each other and replying to do at urgent.Your urgent takes months
