Rejoining EU Horizon is only half the job done. Now please stop asking EU-area scientists for visas, leave to remain applications, NHS surcharges, ATAS clearances, etc. Its a bigger barrier to research progress and is a huge waste of everyone’s time.

@Sam_Marsh101 Yes, obviously the (reasonable) argument has been to point to the much larger decline, but I do agree that there's some value in recognising the context of the austerity / fee debate.
