Reminder that Kwanzaa is a fake holiday created in 1966 by a communist "Africana Studies" professor at Cal State Long Beach who went to prison for torturing women with electrical cords and was the founder of a violent black nationalist organization with ties to the FBI. And it's entire purpose was to draw the black community away from Christ.

I still have never met a single person that celebrates it.

@brithume Meaning yes, we've gotten away from awards or special days meaning anything. I enjoy the enthusiasm but despair for the lack of clear objectivity that comes over time, viewing the long-term impacts of actions instead of just "what we like."
