@TYHEPheonix69 @pseudofijian A “business license” from a town council is a different document to a registration certificate from ROC. To get a business license, all of the other certificates had to be obtained first and evidenced to SCC which isn’t the case anymore so there’s no oversight. Read carefully. 🙄

Nawi lawfully removed the moorings after giving notice to everyone & had MSAF approval. Copra Shed has no foreshore lease…

FICAC’s problem is its creation by the previous government as a politically motivated tool to weed out its opposition. They have to act within statutory perimeters if someone makes a complaint. Where there’s smoke there’s fire but here in Fiji, we have wavy ethical lines.
