@astoundconnects I’d also like a refund for the last month of service given I’ve had to hotspot to work from home (and gone well above my data usage) and also had to deal with countless tantrums for my children because I can’t explain to them why the TV doesn’t work #priceless
@astoundconnects For the 6th time this month there is an outage. my daughter’s 6th birthday today - Going to have a lot of disappointed kids when we can’t stream for her movie night party. tempted to cancel service, but I can’t even get through to talk to anyone! Any thoughts?
