@rsouth71 @Samsung I am in the same boat, We probably have same model fridge. Around 2 yrs old. Paid $350 for repairs and since then service tech has come 3 times . Not to mention 3 times the spoled food. It is going to be 4th time tomorrow. I don’t think samsung has a solution..

My parents are in the same boat. Emirates has become a joke. Including their customer service.. #Emirates had no options for stranded #EK238 passengers except July 20 @ 0345..guess this is what happens when u have big marketshare. At least other airline try codeshare airlines.

@EmiratesSupport And more delays for passengers booked on @Emirates flight EK238 on the 19th from Boston. Now again rescheduled to 0345 on Jul 20. So I have to book another night at the hotel and hope their limo pickup shows up at the right time.
