@JCP_L Bombard their corporate executives with escalation emails. As Chat or Grok to provide them. I found 5 C Suite guys and am sending emails until I receive a response.

@crstnaMarie @JCP_L We have been down since Friday. 4 children, my grandson, and elderly mother in the house. No power 14 of the last 30 days. Terrible infrastructure and communication. Im the only street in my neighborhood without power and the are saying Thursday morning for restoration.
