@PolitiBunny Hi Sam you could try Ashwagandha(herb) there is a product called Sensoril,can be found on Amazon. Or the essential oil lavender,or cedarwood,both are calming. Now these you may use topically(with a carrier oli ,or just a couple of passes under the snooter does the trick!!!
