@VeryHelpers concerned about a missing parcel, @YodelOnline tracking suggested it was delivered 8pm 04/06 but it was not and I can’t dispute it on their website. No attempted delivery, no calling card, then an email update confirmed delivery @ 9pm. What do I need to do next?

@HMRCcustomers No I didn’t, I didn’t see that straight away. I have filed it now awaiting processing. Does this still mean I am going to be fined? I feel it wasn’t very clear at all

@HMRCcustomers I submitted an appeal for a penalty because the self guidance was that I “did not need to submit a tax return”, It’s continuing to say “please file a tax return” I am conflicted because I truly believe I do not need too? Do I need do anything else or just wait? Ty

@HMRCcustomers I did that earlier in the year, it says I did not and hence me not filing one yet I still have a penalty. I have submitted another form that I found to close off my portal access and the appeal form now both currently progress.

@HMRCcustomers I’ve tried to get through multiple times and either line cuts off or my call isn’t queued and I should call back later.I work full time I can’t just keep trying later. I have a penalty on a late tax return for 20-21 which I had checked and did not need to submit?

@HMRCcustomers @HMRCcustomers (2/2) 15 days to review. Am I ok to leave that to be processed and await a response rather than try and speak to someone everyday? Or am I best speaking to an advisor if there is a penalty involved? I have 29 days before I am charged further for not paying. Thanks

@HMRCcustomers @HMRCcustomers I’m struggling to get thru on phone/webchat is down. I’ve redone the survey which tells me I do not need to do a tax return and the automatic message on phone says there’s a form to complete online if the hmrc are asking you for one. I’ve now sent it, takes (1/2)

@HMRCcustomers I completed an online questionnaire on the portal and it said I do not need to submit. It was the start of January, as I was getting notifications which I know will be automatic but wanted to double check.
