@OFall2020 I would say a cross between situational and transformational. Due to COVID, many requests come up for reporting all the while trying to build my team and create a vision for efficiencies. I often feel like a short-order cook during the breakfast hours......

@OFall2020 Effective communication allows leadership to reinforce the frames, and be able to receive feedback. Be careful to ensure communication reflects the right frame, dangerous results can occur if the paths wrongly cross.
