Arthur Fog! Father of Oliver Fog, he’s an npc that appears in 2.3, ‘Chronicles of Uluru: London Dawning’. And has been mentioned in his son’s anecdote and daily records before the event.

I do hope the latter 2 get their time to shine, with the theory of Simone is part of the family that Lucy helped in her story and Pointer's past hinted by the game. I really like Joanna's old work partners dynamic with Lucy from her character story. I like Arcana (no explanation)

🌸I was personally very drawn to Hofmann when I first started due to the facial similarities to Lucy, but after learning more about her, I love how she guides Marcus and how she generally acts. Simone and Pointer were unexpected favourites cuz of their story, or the lack thereof.
