Last week, gardeners from @NTDyffrynG teamed up with @CP_Cymru to create a wellbeing garden at the charity's new specialist centre in Cardiff.

Worrying news from our partners @METGE_Uganda in Mbale, Uganda, where heavy flooding has taken 16 lives.
