Extremely disappointed with @Swiggy.
I was promised a refund of ₹3561 with a timeline of 4–7 days after initiation. It’s now been almost 2 weeks and despite multiple follow-ups, there is no refund and no resolution.
Unacceptable customer service and #FalsePromise.

Sharing a terrible experience with @nobrokercom and @NoBrokerCare during the packers and movers process. The shifting guys broke the Center Table worth INR 30k right in front of my eyes and when asked for the claim, they kept blaming me for opting for NoBroker.
